HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused HR Manager to lead recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination and employee engagement for a fast‑growing video marketing agency. The role is fully remote, offering the chance to shape a positive virtual work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Project Managers, Video Editors, Interns and other team members.
• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition and track employee performance.
• Maintain HR records and coordinate payroll‑related activities.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations, employee queries and virtual team engagement activities.
• Support onboarding, employee communication and team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong recruitment, communication and people‑management skills.
• Experience working with remote teams (preferred).
• Prior experience in a creative, digital marketing or agency environment (advantage).
• Understanding of video editing, social media or creative workflows (preferred).
• Organized, proactive, solution‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
