HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, people‑focused HR Manager to lead recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement for a growing video marketing agency operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Project Managers, Video Editors, Interns, and other team members.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Track employee performance and support performance improvement.
• Maintain HR records and coordinate payroll‑related activities.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations and employee queries.
• Plan and coordinate virtual team engagement activities.
• Support onboarding, employee communication, and team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong recruitment, communication, and people‑management skills.
• Experience working with remote teams (preferred).
• Prior experience in a creative, digital marketing, or agency environment (advantage).
• Understanding of video editing, social media, or creative workflows (preferred).
