HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and result‑oriented HR Manager to lead human resource functions within our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Design and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programmes.
• Support workforce planning for sales, distribution, production, warehouse and corporate departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution.
