HR Manager – Manufacturing & Administration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the company's human resources and administrative functions. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and practices aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection for corporate, sales, factory and technical positions.
• Conduct manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion and separation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave and overtime and coordinate payroll processing with finance.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts professionally.
• Develop performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial company.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
• Good understanding of Nepalese labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR‑related systems/software.
