About the role

Join Mero Kishan as an HR Officer, responsible for overseeing HR operations and ensuring compliance with Nepalese labor regulations. The role demands a proactive approach to recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and Social Security Fund administration, supporting the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Process Social Security Fund registrations, contributions, claims, and ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with the Nepal Labor Act and other applicable regulations.
• Support payroll preparation by coordinating employee‑related information.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records.
• Lead HR initiatives and provide guidance to junior staff when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions.
• Strong understanding of the Nepal Labor Act and Social Security Fund procedures.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Experience supporting payroll and implementing HR policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
