About the role
Pathao is seeking a detail‑oriented Hub Associate to support daily logistics and administrative activities at its Hetauda hub. The role involves maintaining parcel records, coordinating agent tasks, handling cash reconciliation and assisting rider onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Receive parcels from the Kathmandu hub and record them accurately in the system.
- Allocate tasks to delivery agents under the supervision of the Hub In‑Charge.
- Track and reconcile COD collections from agents and prepare them for bank deposit.
- Coordinate with delivery riders, assist in onboarding new riders and provide Walk‑In Support for unresolved issues.
- Manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments and maintain office documents and records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage activities effectively.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with email, internet and Google Sheets.
