About the role
The Hub Associate will oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth last‑mile delivery processes and adherence to SOPs. This role involves coordinating with DEX heroes, managing performance metrics, and upholding Daraz’s culture at the Kathmandu hub.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily hub operations and maintain records of pending shipments.
- Conduct stand‑up meetings and training sessions for DEX heroes on delivery SOPs and issue tagging.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues and grievances.
- Monitor performance dashboards, SLAs, and KPIs for last‑mile operations.
- Perform financial and package reconciliation.
- Oversee 5S/6S implementation and ensure SOP compliance.
- Communicate daily with feeding facilities to align delivery plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing a large team.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Intermediate‑level skills in Microsoft Excel.
