Hub In-Charge – Dhangadhi

About the role

The Hub In-Charge will lead daily operations at the Dhangadhi hub, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipments, efficient delivery workflows, and strong merchant relationships. This position combines operational management, team leadership, and business development within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day hub activities, maintaining workflow efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to optimise procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, train and onboard delivery personnel, handling concerns, disciplinary actions and safety guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering on‑time delivery, efficiency and fleet operations.
• Manage cash reconciliation, product returns and payment processing for delivery agents.
• Create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems, print stickers and assign pick‑up agents.
• Receive and verify incoming packages, hand over products to transportation partners and airlines.
• Conduct market research, acquire new merchants, negotiate contracts and maintain long‑term merchant relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Familiarity with Dhangadhi city and ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid bike driving licence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a delivery team.
