Hub Incharge – Mahendranagar

About the role

The Hub Incharge will manage daily operations of the Mahendranagar hub, ensuring smooth inventory flow, warehouse efficiency, and timely logistics coordination. This role bridges the central team, regional partners, and on‑ground staff to meet both customer and merchant expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day hub activities, maintaining workflow and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with central and regional teams to optimise operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering on‑time delivery and efficiency metrics.
• Recruit, train and onboard delivery personnel, handling driver concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Reconcile cash and returned products from delivery agents and submit payments to accounts.
• Create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems, print stickers, and assign pick‑up agents.
• Receive incoming packages, verify details, and hand over products to transportation partners.
• Conduct market research, approach potential merchants, negotiate contracts and maintain long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Management.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management, cash handling and reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
