Human Resource Assistant / Officer

About the role

The HR Assistant/Officer plays a key role in supporting the organization’s people operations by assisting with recruitment, HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and HRIS management.
• Coordinate employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain departmental records.
• Assist in policy implementation and employee communication.
• Provide administrative support for training and development programs.
• Handle employee queries and routine HR operational matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Familiarity with HR operations and employment practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
