Human Resources Intern

About the role

The Human Resources Intern will join the HR team in our Kathmandu office, supporting day‑to‑day operations and gaining practical experience in recruitment and employee administration. This full‑time, on‑site position offers exposure to the full HR lifecycle while working in a dynamic creative agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements, screen applications and schedule interview sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding paperwork.
• Help organise employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support the preparation and filing of HR documentation and policies.
• Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management, with a strong interest in developing practical skills.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, employee benefits and willingness to learn local labour regulations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Basic experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
