Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle and foster a high‑performing, inclusive workplace at a growing travel services company. The role will partner with leadership to shape HR strategy, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Oversee employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits in collaboration with Finance.
• Advise managers on HR best practices and legal compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, MNC or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience in payroll processes and HR documentation.
