About the role

Healthy Home, a leading health and wellness brand in Nepal, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to safeguard and grow its 21‑year legacy. You will be the custodian of the company’s Culture Charter, ensuring that values are lived daily across all centres and franchise outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all positions, aligning hires with a defined competency framework.
• Design and deliver a first‑week onboarding experience that immerses new employees in the company’s culture and expectations.
• Champion the five core values—Respect, Discipline, Accountability, Care, Unity—through daily operations and performance reviews.
• Manage a trusted grievance channel, ensuring timely resolution and a healthy workplace atmosphere.
• Integrate conduct and values into performance management alongside targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on HR experience covering hiring, conduct management, and performance systems.
• Strong belief that culture is built through consistent actions, not just policies.
• Ability to hold any employee, from senior managers to front‑desk staff, accountable without bias.
• Commitment to a long‑term role within a growing organization.
