Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with Nepalese labour law and supporting the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and HRIS processes while maintaining confidential employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese Labour Act, Labour Rules and related regulations, advising management on contracts, leave, overtime and disciplinary matters.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll verification and coordinate with Finance for accurate salary processing.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on HR management experience, preferably as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese labour law and proven ability to manage HR compliance independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and HR software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
