Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations in the FMCG sector. The role combines day‑to‑day HR administration with strategic workforce planning and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to separation and record‑keeping.
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management processes, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Nepalese labour laws and handle employee relations, grievances, attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese labour laws, HR operations, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
