About the role
Royal Travels & Tours is looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Tour Officers to plan and manage inbound and outbound tour packages for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize inbound and outbound tour packages according to customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, itineraries, and travel services.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, guides, and other travel partners.
- Manage tour bookings, confirmations, and necessary travel arrangements.
- Follow up with clients and ensure smooth coordination before and during the trip.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and customer requests professionally.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, clients, and tour‑related documents.
