Industrial Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and result‑oriented Industrial Sales Manager to lead industrial sales activities, develop key customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand the company’s presence in the industrial market. The role is based in Kathmandu and involves managing B2B sales, negotiations, and coordination with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement industrial sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop potential industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Handle B2B sales, negotiations, quotations, and commercial discussions.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales reports for management.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Regularly visit industrial clients and understand their requirements.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and develop long‑term business relationships.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.
• Strong knowledge of industrial markets, sales processes, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development when required.
