Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Information Technology Infrastructure Manager to act as the second‑in‑command to the Infrastructure Manager. You will lead a team of IT and Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring that all systems are reliable, secure, and scalable to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of core IT services, including networks, servers, cloud platforms and end‑user systems.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with business needs and technology best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support projects, resolve escalations and guarantee infrastructure readiness.
• Mentor and develop technical team members, managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or coordination role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
