International Recruitment Manager (Nepal)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and well‑connected International Recruitment Manager to join our fast‑growing education technology company in Nepal. You will represent Study Info Centre’s brand, build and nurture relationships with education agents, and help students secure admissions to top universities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Study Info Centre brand to international recruitment partners daily.
• Onboard, train, and welcome new recruitment partners onto our platform.
• Promote Study Info Centre in local markets to attract prospective partners.
• Support partners in submitting high‑quality student applications.
• Identify and engage prospective recruitment partners who can benefit from our platform.
• Manage partner relationships and monitor performance.
• Keep partners informed about platform updates, news, and student opportunities.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a continuous learning mindset.
• Post‑secondary education.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary or higher education.
• Proficiency with computers and preferably a CRM system.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
• Attention to detail.
