International Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of IT solutions and software services across global markets. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting tailored technology offerings, and managing early‑stage client relationships to feed our delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify international B2B prospects using LinkedIn, directories and industry databases, and build a robust sales pipeline aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Conduct introductory calls, deliver sales presentations and demos to C‑level executives, product owners and tech leads, articulating our offshore development, project‑based services and software solutions.
• Nurture leads through strategic follow‑ups, address objections with technology‑driven solutions, and ensure smooth handover to technical and project management teams once a deal is closed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of direct experience selling IT software, services or digital solutions to international clients (US, Europe, Australia, Middle East).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, technology stacks and delivery models such as Agile, DevOps, Fixed‑Price and Time‑and‑Material.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client communication independently.
• Flawless verbal and written English, strong consultative selling skills and the ability to work early‑morning shifts (7 AM – 4 PM NST) with high energy.
