International Student Recruitment Manager

About the role

The International Student Recruitment Manager will lead recruitment growth initiatives across Nepal, identifying and onboarding recruitment partners to drive student enrollments for the Global Student Program. This role combines channel sales management, partner relationship development, and market strategy within the higher‑education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard high‑potential recruitment partners across Nepal, ensuring compliance and performance alignment.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with partners, providing training, product updates and marketing support while monitoring enrollment performance.
• Guide partners in accurate student counselling and oversee application submissions to meet institutional and visa requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities, and develop regional recruitment strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports to leadership to inform strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in international student recruitment, education sales or channel partner management.
• Proven track record of managing education agents and achieving enrollment targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Nepal for recruitment and partner engagement activities.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
