Inventory and Accounts Officer – Retail Finance

About the role

Emilio’s Pizza is looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Inventory and Accounts Officer to manage stock records and daily accounting activities. The role supports smooth store operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, handling cash transactions, and maintaining financial documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory, receive stock, and perform stock reconciliation.
• Monitor product availability and keep inventory records up to date.
• Handle cashier duties, including billing, cash handling, and digital transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and regular financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align stock and finance processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and inventory records.
• Support audits and other finance‑related tasks.
• Assist customers with product information and deliver excellent service.
• Keep the store clean and ensure attractive product displays.
