Investigative Research Analyst (Contact and Asset Tracing)

About the role

TD Consulting Group is looking for a meticulous Investigative Research Analyst to support US legal claims. You will act as a digital investigator, using advanced OSINT techniques and premium public‑record databases to locate missing individuals, key witnesses, debtors and hidden assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive research using OSINT tools, social‑media forensics and advanced search methodologies to trace individuals and corporate entities across the United States.
• Navigate and cross‑reference public records, property deeds, court dockets and proprietary investigative databases such as LexisNexis, TLOxp and Clear to verify contact information and asset ownership.
• Analyse complex, often conflicting data sets to confirm current addresses, phone numbers, employment history and familial associations with 100 % accuracy before submission to US attorneys.
• Compile clear, concise and legally actionable investigative reports that detail findings, search methodology and confidence levels for the Claims and Demands team.
• Maintain strict compliance with international data‑security standards and US privacy laws (GLBA, DPPA) while handling sensitive personally identifiable information.

Required profile

• Prior experience in skip tracing, background screening, fraud investigation, paralegal research or OSINT analysis.
• Exceptional analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities, lateral thinking and attention to detail.
• Flawless written English and the ability to document findings in a professional, objective and legally sound manner.
• High technical literacy, quickly mastering complex proprietary databases and advanced Boolean search techniques.
