IT & Digital Media Assistant

About the role

Smart Care is looking for a dynamic IT & Digital Media Assistant to support campus operations, IT infrastructure, and communications for college programs. This multi‑faceted position combines everyday IT support with the creation of engaging photo and video content for events and outreach platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, select, and edit photographs from college events and workshops.
• Produce and edit short videos, reels, and promotional clips for social media and official updates.
• Create graphic templates, banners, and digital flyers using editing software.
• Draft, schedule, and send official messages, announcements, and reminders to students and parents via messaging channels, SMS, or college portals.
• Respond to routine inquiries from parents and students in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide basic IT support for classrooms, computers, projectors, and staff hardware.
• Assist in managing internal databases, messaging platforms, and basic network setup for events.
• Support official social media channels by uploading edited visuals and monitoring engagement.

Required profile

• Practical familiarity with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort using communication software, messaging tools, and office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and faculty.
• No prior formal work experience required; personal projects or a portfolio are encouraged.
