IT Support Officer

About the role

Scodus Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance and help maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in networking and hardware who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, routers, and other network devices.
• Set up and manage basic networking systems, including LANs, routers, and internet connectivity.
• Prepare, install, and maintain CAT6 cables and related network wiring.
• Support team members in system setup and offer user guidance when needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to resolve technical problems.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.
