Jr. Sales Executive

About the role

Bidhee Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support its growing portfolio of software solutions, including construction management, HRMS, payroll, inventory, and CRM systems. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, and assisting senior sales staff in closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and market research.
• Visit markets and prospective client sites to introduce Bidhee’s products.
• Support senior sales team during client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Conduct follow‑ups with clients via calls, meetings, and professional channels.
• Assist in preparing sales documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
• Update the sales pipeline regularly to reflect ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a software company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a corporate sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and market exploration.
• Must own a two‑wheeler for local travel.
