About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast‑paced team in Kathmandu, focusing on paid media, SEO and analytics. The role offers hands‑on experience managing campaigns, optimizing performance and collaborating with creative and account teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and basic technical SEO.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and key KPIs.
- Prepare digital performance reports and insights.
- Assist with website optimisation and content recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative, content and account teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
- Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment and grow.
