Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging graphics, captions and promotional materials for digital campaigns.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for social media, advertisements and product promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
• Prepare basic performance reports and coordinate with internal teams to gather content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
• Proficiency in video‑editing tools and basic graphic‑design software.
• Strong communication, creative thinking and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects.
• Canva, Photoshop.
• Meta Ads and Google Ads (basic knowledge).
• SEO and digital analytics tools.
