Junior Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for energetic and target‑oriented Junior Sales Officers to join our client’s growing team in the Fashion and Lifestyle Electronics sectors. The role involves field‑based sales, lead generation, client acquisition, product demonstrations, and relationship management, with frequent local travel and direct customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through market research, direct outreach, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Contact prospective customers via calls, emails, and direct messaging.
• Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Drive upselling, cross‑selling, repeat business, and sales conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product delivery, and client support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales opportunities using Excel, CRM, or internal systems.
• Conduct market and competitor research and share relevant insights with management.
• Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (candidates currently pursuing a degree may also be considered).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer service.
• Valid driving license and access to a two‑wheeler.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and direct client interaction.
