Junior Officer - Sales

About the role

SIPRADI, Nepal’s leading automobile group, is looking for a Junior Officer – Sales to support its growing automotive and commercial vehicle business. You will work closely with the sales supervisor and product team to identify opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and market‑share targets for the designated area and product segment.
• Identify new customers, conduct regular sales calls and generate leads.
• Understand customer vehicle requirements and coordinate with the product team to propose suitable solutions.
• Submit daily visit and activity reports to the supervisor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing KAP activities within approved budgets.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes and provide market intelligence.
• Prepare reports on lost customers, competitor pricing, product feedback and complaints.
• Follow up customers throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Candidates with an Intermediate (+2) qualification and at least one year of relevant sales experience may also apply.
• Prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicle or related industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of sales processes and basic technical knowledge of the product segment.
