About the role
Le Monal Chocolates is looking for a full‑time Kitchen Helper to join its artisan chocolate production team in Kathmandu. You will support daily manufacturing of bonbons, truffles and candies, ensuring a clean and safe workspace while assisting the chocolatier team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation, ingredient organization and packaging of confectionery products.
- Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards, wash and store tools and equipment.
- Support the team during market events by presenting products and answering simple customer questions.
Required profile
- Strong interest in confectionery or desserts and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Experience or comfort working in a food‑service environment such as a café, bakery or restaurant.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Required skills
- Food preparation and basic cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and food‑safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks.
