Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Are you someone who enjoys starting conversations, connecting with people, and turning opportunities into meaningful business conversations? GrowMailers is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team. In this role you’ll connect with potential clients, understand their needs, introduce them to our services, and help move qualified prospects toward a consultation call.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients through email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to prospect inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand prospect requirements and communicate our services clearly.
• Create Loom videos explaining our offer to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects consistently and help them book consultation calls.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Manage multiple prospect conversations simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate lead and conversation records.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and grammatically correct communication.
• Monitor conversations and maintain a high standard of communication.
• Identify recurring questions or issues and report them to the manager.
• Work closely with the team to ensure qualified leads are followed up properly.
• Follow SOPs and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in communicating with prospects and handling conversations.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good follow‑up discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic data handling.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, customer support, business development, or communication‑based roles is an advantage.
• Experience working with international or US‑based clients is a plus.
