About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Lead Generation Executive to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. The role involves generating leads through chat and written platforms, understanding client needs, and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client communication through chat and written platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and grammatically correct written communication.
• Monitor conversations and maintain service quality standards.
• Identify recurring issues and report them to the manager.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service efficiency.

Required profile

• Freshers or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience in client handling, chat support, or communication‑based roles.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excel knowledge and data handling.
