Legal Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to join our team at Celltron Nepal Pvt. Ltd. The role involves managing legal documentation, providing counsel to senior management, and ensuring compliance with Nepalese regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, contracts, and promissory notes in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain systematic records of executed legal documents and oversee renewal processes where necessary.
• Provide legal advice and opinions to management and the board, monitor regulatory compliance, and identify legal risks with recommended mitigation measures.
• Handle company registration, amendments, and statutory filings with the Office of the Company Registrar and coordinate with tax authorities, local government bodies, and other regulatory agencies.
• Support court case administration, maintain related records, and coordinate with external legal counsel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/BALLB) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate legal administration or a related field.
