About the role

We are seeking a Logistic Officer or Assistant Logistic Officer to support our supply‑chain operations. The role focuses on monitoring inventory, coordinating with internal teams, and handling supplier communications to ensure efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

  • Observe and monitor inventory daily, with special attention to packing materials.
  • Coordinate activities with the Factory Store and Sourcing Department.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, and maintain communication with suppliers.
  • Follow up on material deliveries and keep relevant documentation up to date.

Required profile

  • Proficient with basic computer applications.
  • Valid two‑wheeler driving licence.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience; freshers may also apply.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali.
