Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the import and logistics operations for automobile products. The role involves coordinating end‑to‑end import processes, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining compliance with customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the import of goods from international suppliers.
• Coordinate the full logistics process from shipment planning to final delivery.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs agents, and other logistics partners.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain import and logistics documentation.
• Monitor shipments, ensure timely clearance, and resolve any delays or customs issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import, and trade regulations.
• Manage transportation and warehousing arrangements for incoming goods.
• Track logistics costs and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and import documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on import activities, shipment status, logistics costs, and performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in logistics, with strong focus on import operations.
• Deep knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
