Management Information Officer

About the role

AECC is seeking a Management Information Officer to support the effective handling of incoming leads and delivery data across its operations in Nepal. The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and ensuring secure, accessible information for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and monitor incoming leads on a daily basis, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and secure databases, guaranteeing that information is safe and readily accessible.
• Produce routine operational reports for various audiences, adhering to the AECC management platform standards.
• Identify data gaps, propose solutions, and assist in resolving information deficiencies.
• Respond to queries, train staff on internal database usage, and foster data awareness among business users.
• Analyze program effectiveness, interpret trends in complex data sets, and generate performance forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Data Governance Policy and relevant external regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in data management or reporting.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
