About the role
The Business Executive position is a Management Trainee role within the Business department of Nepal Digital Payments Company Limited, based in Kathmandu. It is a full‑time, contractual position designed for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing, promotion, and corporate relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing initiatives and oversee social media campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and offer management.
- Develop and maintain corporate relationships with government institutes, corporate partners, banks and financial institutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university.
- Good computer proficiency with standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
- Team‑player attitude and effective time‑management skills.
