About the role
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading and executing activities across Packaging, Maintenance, and Projects. The role ensures that robust systems, procedures, and processes are in place to maintain product quality, minimize non-conformances and safety risks, and deliver the production plan in line with forecasts and operational demand.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing and operations experience, including at least 3 years in the beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven leadership abilities with team supervision, coaching and performance management.
Required skills
- Production Planning and Production Management.
- Quality Control.
- Lean or similar improvement methodologies.
