Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Saathi Sneha Care is seeking a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and guide prospective families through the consultation and enrollment process. The role combines social media management, content creation, and direct prospect support to connect the Nepali diaspora with trusted home health care services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, targeting Nepali diaspora audiences in the US, UK, Australia, Gulf and families in Nepal.
• Plan and maintain an English and Nepali content calendar, producing brochures, short videos, testimonials, social posts and website copy.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to build brand awareness and drive inquiries.
• Support basic SEO and content updates for the company website to increase consultation bookings.
• Own the lead funnel from first contact through consultation booking, managing email and WhatsApp nurture sequences.
• Track cost‑per‑lead, campaign performance and conversion metrics, adjusting targeting and creative as needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects via WhatsApp, phone and social DMs, answering questions with empathy and coordinating hand‑offs to the care team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, diaspora‑focused or service‑based businesses.
• Fluent in Nepali and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong copywriting ability with cultural sensitivity to elder‑care and family themes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience running campaigns on Google Ads.
• Basic analytics and reporting tool proficiency.
• Content creation and copywriting skills.
