Marketing Associate – Social Media & Email

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to manage and grow our online presence across social media and email channels. You will develop engaging content, stay on top of trends, and support integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness and audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop text, image, and video content tailored for each social platform.
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Research current social media trends, hashtags and platform updates.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, style and visual identity.
• Coordinate with design, marketing and video teams for cohesive messaging.
• Respond to comments, messages and queries promptly and professionally.
• Plan, run and optimise paid social media ad campaigns.
• Design and send email newsletters, promotions and announcements; manage subscriber lists and track performance metrics.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Prepare monthly reports on social and email performance to guide strategy.
• Contribute ideas to content calendars and campaign planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in social media handling, content creation or digital marketing (internships count).
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and visual communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of paid ad campaigns and performance metrics is a plus.
