Marketing & Brand Manager – Cement Division

About the role

The Shanker Group is looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to lead all marketing activities for its Cement Division, which includes Shaurya Cements and Riddhi Siddhi Cements. The role will shape brand strategy, drive market growth and enhance corporate visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for both cement brands in line with overall business objectives.
• Lead brand building, market positioning, promotional campaigns, activations and market development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with national news media, journalists, editors and media houses to strengthen brand and corporate visibility.
• Coordinate press releases, media briefings, interviews, news coverage and other media engagements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer insights and industry developments.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other functions to drive market growth and customer engagement.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, budgets, agencies and external partners.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all relevant channels.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team while monitoring performance and ROI.
• Represent the Cement Division in external and media engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in cement, construction, FMCG or a related industry.
• Proven track record in brand management, market development and media relations.
• Strong analytical, commercial and leadership abilities.
