Marketing & Brand Promotion Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Brand Promotion Officer will drive brand visibility and customer engagement for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail business. You will plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns, working closely with store teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and brand promotion activities.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, offers, and in‑store branding.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and other stakeholders for marketing materials.
• Assist in creating social media content, campaigns, and promotional communications.
• Monitor promotional activities and prepare basic performance reports.
• Conduct market and competitor observations and provide feedback.
• Support the generation of new marketing ideas to strengthen brand presence.
• Perform other marketing‑related duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or retail sector.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of brand promotion.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving license and own a two‑wheeler.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
