Marketing Executive – BTL (Below-the-Line Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result‑oriented Marketing Executive – BTL to support and execute Below‑the‑Line marketing activities for the Hero 2‑Wheeler business across East, Central and West Nepal. The role involves planning and implementing on‑ground campaigns, dealer activations, events and promotions to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities across the assigned regions.
• Coordinate dealer‑level campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, test‑ride events and customer meets.
• Develop local market activation plans based on regional business requirements.
• Collaborate with dealers, sales teams, agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify high‑potential locations and touchpoints for brand activation.
• Support new product launches, seasonal promotions and ensure proper branding at activation points.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and prepare budgets, execution and performance reports.
• Track marketing materials, promotional items and activation assets.
• Collect market feedback and measure campaign effectiveness through leads, footfall and sales conversion.
• Travel extensively across East, Central and West Nepal as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in BTL, trade or field marketing, event management or FMCG/automobile marketing.
• Strong knowledge of local Nepalese markets and customer behaviour.
• Excellent coordination, communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities and travel extensively.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with basic reporting tools.
