Marketing Executive – EV & Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to lead our EV and automotive marketing initiatives. The role will own CRM and lead management, drive both online and offline campaigns, and coordinate closely with sales and external partners to fuel business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, promotions, product launches and events.
• Coordinate digital activities across social media and online platforms, and support showroom promotions, exhibitions and offline activations.
• Manage the CRM system, maintain accurate customer and lead databases, and ensure leads are tracked through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, agencies and other vendors to produce marketing materials.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and campaign performance, and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in automotive, EV or similar sales‑driven industries.
• Strong communication skills in English and Nepali, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Practical experience planning and executing digital marketing and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer‑data management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and basic marketing analytics tools.
• Experience with Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Viber or similar customer communication platforms.
