Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the growth of our commercial building portfolio by developing and executing marketing initiatives that attract tenants and promote our services. This position is based in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu and works closely with sales and client relations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create promotional materials, brochures, and social media content.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
• Coordinate events, open houses, and client outreach activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client correspondence.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
