Marketing Executive - Social Media & Growth

About the role

Railar is seeking a Marketing Executive focused on Social Media and Growth to accelerate app installs, user acquisition and repeat orders for the Karayo mobile app. The role blends digital performance marketing, short‑form video content creation and hyper‑local offline activations to drive traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Railar’s social media channels daily to build brand recall and funnel traffic to the Karayo app.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns via Meta Ads Manager targeting app installs, first‑order conversions and long‑term retention.
• Produce engaging short‑form video content highlighting app features, flash sales and rapid delivery.
• Track and report digital KPIs such as Cost‑Per‑Install, in‑app conversion rates and engagement metrics.
• Lead on‑ground activations – society/RWA events, leaflet distribution and local partnerships – to convert physical footfall into app downloads.
• Execute dark‑store launch marketing and manage outdoor media (hoardings, standees, vehicle branding) to boost localized awareness.
• Oversee print/OOH vendors, manage offline collateral budgets and run referral/community promotions.
• Collaborate with design teams to create high‑converting digital assets and offline collateral.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies (BBS) or Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related commercial discipline.
• Mid‑level experience in performance marketing, social media management and offline activation campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data and optimise campaigns.
