Marketing Lead – Digital & Traditional Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Lead to own our full‑stack marketing function. The role will design and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, strengthening brand presence and driving customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital initiatives across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email and content marketing.
• Oversee traditional and offline activities such as events, street marketing, print, radio/TV, sponsorships and brand merchandise.
• Manage marketing budgets, set KPIs, track performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and adjust tactics based on data.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to identify new channels and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, media partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
