Marketing Lead – Digital & Traditional Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Lead to own our full‑stack marketing function. The role will design and execute integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels to strengthen our brand, acquire customers, generate leads and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate objectives into clear campaigns, KPIs and action plans, covering both digital and offline media.
• Lead digital initiatives on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, SEO, social media, email and content marketing.
• Oversee traditional activities such as events, street marketing, outdoor, print, radio/TV, sponsorships and brand merchandise.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and optimise spend.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to uncover new channels and growth opportunities.
• Ensure proper tracking, analytics, attribution and reporting for all campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide a cross‑functional team.
