Marketing Lead – Online Initiatives

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Lead – Online Initiatives to own and build the digital growth engine across performance marketing, social media, content, SEO, conversion, digital PR, creators, community, and lifecycle marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, retargeting, audience targeting, creative testing, budgeting, tracking, attribution and campaign optimisation.
• Manage social and community channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and others, overseeing content publishing, engagement, moderation and community growth.
• Oversee content and editorial production including copy, short‑form and long‑form pieces, carousels, tutorials, newsletters, case studies and product launch materials.
• Drive SEO and conversion optimisation for websites and landing pages, handling forms, CTAs, metadata, analytics, CRO and conversion journeys.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, tone, campaign themes and creative direction to ensure brand consistency.
• Execute digital PR and thought‑leadership initiatives through online media, newsletters, podcasts, founder content and tech platforms.
• Build and manage creator and partnership programmes with KOLs, influencers, educators, affiliates, ambassadors and co‑marketing partners.
• Design CRM and lifecycle campaigns via email, WhatsApp and other channels to nurture leads, activate users, re‑engage, upsell and retain customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to connect traffic to leads, trials, adoption and paid conversions.
• Create repeatable digital growth systems to support expansion into international markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital, growth, content, performance or integrated marketing, with at least 1 year owning a channel, budget or funnel end‑to‑end.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaigns, landing pages, social growth, paid media, SEO, creator programmes or brand systems.
• Solid understanding of acquisition, conversion, testing, attribution and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, with ability to explain AI‑related workflows simply.
• Existing relationships with creators, media or digital communities are a plus.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, technology, startups or B2B preferred.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, analytics dashboards and attribution tools.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Airtable, plus email and WhatsApp Business.
• Creative tools including Canva, Figma and CapCut.
• Productivity suites like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom/Google Meet, Linear or Trello.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and similar platforms.
